I am very frustrated as I waited for our cell phone contracts to expire in order to take out new ones with Nashua Mobile one of the Ebucks partners. From the first day of deciding to enter into the contracts I have had endless issues.the major one being that I was not earning Ebucks despite me requesting that I wanted to earn them on both accounts at the time of opening the accounts. Nausha Mobile claims that they cannot help any further as they have loaded the information from their side. I still have not been able to understand why depite making three payments already I have only earned Ebucks on Payment.
I only entered into these contracts as Nasuha Mobile was an earn partner and I am very unhappy that neither Nausdha Mobile nor Ebucks can get this earn process correct.
