Outsurance don't keep their promises

I reported a claim on 20 Feb telephonically with Dalene Jacobs then emailed her the details of the third party who I had had an accident with. I asked if she would contact the third party. On the 21st of Feb I received confirmation from Dalene that she would contact the third party. To date this has not happened the third party has now instituted legal aid to establish whether this claim has been reported or not. This is unacceptable.
