I wrote to hellopeter about 4 or 3 weeks back compalining about them not meeting up wishlist for a courtesy car. After weeks of their stalling in that, I finally realised that let me just accept whatever they say and get my car fixed. Now, they called me on 21/02 saying they are booking a slot with the panel beater. This week I followed up but same promise and no-one getting back to me. I further wrote to Giles Tshuma asking for a manager to escalate this pathetic service but s/he never wrote back. I am really tired of this company, their service is pathetic. Can they just get their ducks in a row, get my car fixed so that I can look for an insurer who values their clients and not this low-level mickey mouse client service m getting from them. I am really tired of sucking up to them as if they are doing me a favour yet I pay my permiums.
