Over a week ago I phoned Virgin Insurance to request a claim to be logged.
I was told that I would be called back shortly due to there been no one that can help me at that time. This is unacceptable to start. I pay allot of money to have this service and to be told no one is available is despicable.
It is now the 2 weeks and no one has contacted me back. I am disgraced by the level of service from Virgin Insurance.
I want my car to be repaired already how can they just ignore me!!! It's like me just throwing money into the trash can.
I have already gone to get quote out of my own. Wasting my time that should be charged at a high rate and if this situation is not in my favour I will be charging this engineering rate to Virgin Insurance.
