I spoke to Matshepo on 24/10/2013, promised to have my car fixed in two weeks, I was patient enough to wait for two weeks but now is more than two weeks, I use this car everyday to work now I am inconvenienced by you, I am not happy with your service and you also want me to pay R2000 but my policy has R0 excess, this is an actual, that really means you cant deliver what you promise. How long should I wait for my car?
