I just thought I would take the time to thank Absa and Absa Smart insurance for the highly efficient and professional service I received. I financed my car with Absa and then added the Absa Smart insurance for minor repairs.
Recently I had a gate close on my car resulting in a dent and scratch on my wheel arch. The next day I contacted Absa Smart and was assisted by Uline. The information was provided regarding the incident which only took a few minutes and I was advised to take my car to ABS for assessment (which was the nearest center to me). I also received SMS's with all the reference numbers I needed. The assessment was completed and just a day or two later I received an SMS advising that my claim had been approved and to schedule the repair with ABS.
Since then the repair has been completed and this is all behind me. So once again thank you for turning this incident into a pleasant experience with professional & efficient service.
