STILL NO FEEDBACK OF ACTION FROM ABSA INSURANCE

Since posting my last report, I received a response from Absa that they would be in contact regarding my complaint within 54 hours. Well, believe it or not, THEY HAVE STILL NOT CONTACTED ME. Furthermore, the damaged ceiling as a result of a burst geyser has still not been repaired.

Never mind ABSA INSURANCE, you at least received my insurance premium for the year. i PRESUME THAT I AM THE RIDICULOUS ONE to expect an insurance claim to be settled within a period of 1 MONTH. Yes, it is now 1 month later and the claim has still not been settled.

Guess, I will be advising all my family, friends and colleagues to look for alternative bond insurance options as this service (or rather no service) from Absa really.
