I have been contacted by a telemarketer to apply for a Credit card, I made use of the offer and agreed. The feedback was that I will be contacted as soon as the account has been approved and the card is ready, which would all happen in 2-3 weeks (3 weeks was 1 week ago). Thus far I have only received the Terms and Conditions of the account via snail mail, stating that I have entered into an agreement with Standardbank. My assumption is that it has been approved... yet no correspondence has been given indicating what my account details are or when my card will be ready.
