I went to Fnb Sanward Park to open a account. I AM Swazi female married to a South African. I have a residential permit. When I get to the bank i told the guy that i wanted to open an account, He took my passport and then gave it back to me and told me they only open a account for people with work permits. Then he called on a next customer without explaining to me and listening to me for that matter. I am a SA resident that should count for something i get money every month from my husband but i can not be caring a lot of money around. I need to have an account.
