Don't take responsibility

I received a call from Vericred and the agent was useless, could not take an e-mail address down.
Went into Vericred office (What a dump, no wonder this happens)
Settled accounts in front of receptionist and requested Clearance letters
Received nothing
Applied for credit and still listed against my name...
Called in asking Eben for help, was put back into my hands, asked for documentation again and was not sent again
Called in again, Lourens, told me it was my own fault (HOW) and I must pay for clearance letters.
For a company which only offers a SERVICE, they do not have the capability of doing that - so what do they offer?
