Terrible service

I wanted to open an account at said bank. I do not own any money to anyone and thus I struggled to get a proof of address. I then went to the bank with a document from my wife. The postal code was wrong and after wasting my time for half an hour while about ten people were looking on, it was decided that I can't open an account. I cannot believe this. I felt like I was a criminal whilst I was just trying to open an bank account. It was only after I said That I would take it further that they started reacting. Poor, bad customer service. I am sure that they will apologize but I still do not have an account!
