Incompetent assistance leads to lose clients

I am from Spain, working and living in Cape Town, married to a South African citizen. I have a spousal visa with a working permit and today they denied me the rights to open a bank account in this specific branch.

I arrived this morning with a letter from my company, a proof of residence and my spousal-working visa processed by the department of Home Affairs.

The first person that assisted me was Nikita, she opened my passport and assumed that it was a visitors passport, even tho I indicated her that underneath you clearly can read all the conditions of my permit. She went and ask two different people coming back to me and telling me how sorry she was but I did not have the rights to open a bank account with them. She is telling me that after speaking to her manager my permit was not valid.

I came back and asked to speak to a manager or consultant and Nikita, again, was useless, she pointed me to Anthea and before i even explained my situation she told her that I had a visitors permit and I wanted to confirm if I could open a bank account or not, under the influence of that explanation Anthea explained me how i was not qualified for an account. I kept explaining myself.
