Missing payment

I deposited money into the wrong account because the person I was depositing for gave me the wrong details
I went to capitec at 11:00 in the morning and came back 30 Min later after realizing that the account details were wrong and I was told that I wont be able to get my money back, what kind of a bank are we dealing with if transfers that are made in error are not able to be reversed, I am so mad at Capitec that I want to close my accounts with them and have nothing to do with them because, clearly they are not an efficient bank and who wants to deal with people like that. All I want is my money that I transferred in error, on top of that they divulged a clients information to me telling me I must contact the client directly is it not the banks job to do that?
