I took a loan with Capitec and wanted to pay it back, I went to Capitec Malvern to get more information as to how to settle my account and was told that I cannot do an online payment and have to pay cash as I don't have a saving account with them. This morning I went to my bank (not Capitec) withdrew money and went back to Capitec Malvern to pay them off. I was then told that I cannot pay cash have to call Direct Loan and find out on how to settle my account, the consultant was not helpful and they gave me wrong information from the start worst service I ever got from a bank
