Debited after loan settled

This is not the first complaint I am making regarding my student loan account at this branch. This time, however, the student loan account is already settled in full but debit orders continue going off each month. Please simply sort this out by closing the account, canceling the debits and refund the credit amount which is now in the account. Thank you
