On friday 01/03/2013 i received a sms that R199.00 (from loan tracer with ref. nr's) was deducted from my bank account, and then the amount of R399.00. when i went to the bank on saturday they were so full i did not get time to querie my problem. i really need that money (R600 in total) for my monthly petrol money. can someone please advise me what to do?
