I took a loan in 2008 of R14 000.00 with repayment of R833.00 every month but what surprises me is their money doesn't finish and whenever they send me the statement, they do not write the balance at all. I once went to a branch and they couldn't help me. I need your help please because I feel its been too long and it was supposed to be 24 months contract so now its not finishing.
