I took out a loan with wonga and the payment date was supposed to be the 28/03/2013, however i only had funds
in my account on the 29/03/2013 and the money was debited from my account on the 29/03/2013.couple of days later
i check my account and it still reflected that i still owe them. I called the call centre i spoke to different
people the only one that i remeber is Chris who was one of the people who failed to tell me that i owe the late fee
they just said they will fix it. Zinny was the one that advised of the late fee of which i had no problem paying.
Even after i paid the late fee As far as Wonga is concerned i still owe them money. I have spoken to the Team leader
Amy a countless times and she assured me that they will update my account. all the time am the one that is running after
Amy she never once called me back to ask if my problem has been sorted out am the one that is running after her.
Today the date is 17/05/2013 am still fighting a loosing battle my account still says i owe Wonga.
