NO SERVICE FOR 4 MONTHS

Since September 2013, I have change from employer with a diffrent paydate. Since then I am trying to change my paydate from 25th to the last day of month. Handed in letter of appointment, numerous payslips etc. spend several hours from work in bank to try and change date. NOTHING HAPPENS. Now it is influencing my credit record since my loan payment is deducted on 25th (before I get paid), and obvouisly no money in bank. Thus late payment.
On my bank statements it is howing clearly that I get paid on the last day. But Capitec with all info cannot fix the problem. Spend this morning once again 1-2 hours in bank without any outcome.
I want to close my account, because I am not prepared to go this route every month, this year.
Please no more promises, just fix it. WHY do i get no service??
