I had an account with moneystar and august 25 was suppose to be my last installment but on september 25 480 and 491.97 was deducted from my account and on the 27th 495.67 was also deducted from my account. I want my money back in my account. I contacted Moneystar call centre and spoke to Maggie Tshele and told me I will be refunded the amount which was deducted on 29 august as they double debited last month as well. When I asked her what about the 3 amounts that were deducted this month she said she knows nothing about it. Capitec refuses to reverse the payment saying its a personal loan they can't reverse without a letter. When I asked Maggie to resend me a letter stating I fully paid up in august she did not respond back. Only gave me a letter with no specific date which i cannot use.
