Vericred have been harassing me with phone calls, and smses to pay bills i didn't even know about
Now that i am paying them, i thought they will have a the decency of invoicing me, when they didn't i sent them an e-mail, to which they havent responded.
Vericred started by giving me wrong invoices, mispelt my names, and now no invoice at all and they expect me to continue paying???
Vericred should note that its not always the case that a person will be handed over because they are bad payers, or have financial problems, No in most cases we are handed over because institutions do not do their job, the sooner vericred realise this, the more they will be able to approach people better with an attitude of getting somebody to settle, not like a criminal.
I promise that should they have approached me better, i would paid up the money required by now, and deal with their client, but the way vericred operates just makes me sick and reluctant to pay!
