I sent in a message from the Contact Us link on the rcs website, who knows what for becuase nobody replies to it - you are forced to call in and sit on the phone for hours while they re-reoute your call as many times as humanly possible or better yet walk into their office and get NO HELP AT ALL!
All I want is my clearance letters stating my accounts with rcs are closed, so that I can update my own Experian profile, becuase thats another thing RCS cannot do.
Don't even get me started on the useless company that they use for their collections - Vericred (Can't listen, can't help, can't really care - as long as they are doing as little as possible)
