Do your job RIGHT!

STD Bank oyu guys need to wake up, December 2011 you guys froze my wifes account, while we were on holiday, no warning, no SMS no nothing you just froze the account and said she needed to FICA, we had to drive 70km to a bank and luckily we had a proof of residence and we fixed it in your Empangeni branch!

NOW January 2013 my wife was out on the road, tried to draw money and it tells her the account is once AGAIN frozen!!! Leaving my wife stranded with no cash, no nothing because your staff just froze the account again without prior warning, you guys are, SORT this out and believe me she will be moving to FNB where I bank where I don't have this poor service!!
