It's not just one thing that's happened. Over the last couple of months I've had incredible service from my personal banker and I can't be happier. She responds to my e-mail quickly, she answers my questions accurately; she is a true asset to FNB. I've done a few different things where I've needed accounts opened, closed, monies moved around and she's done everything quickly and correctly.
