Froze account without notification

I Opened a bank account at FNB due to bad service from other banks, much to my regret that this bank is no different from the rest. I tried to withdraw money in parys and found that the account was frozen. I enquired about it and realised they lost my fica documentation. It cost me to drive from Parys to Johannesburg to go and sort out their incompetence at my cost and inconvenience. How can a bank lose confidential information??? Guys wake up!!!
