I am very disturbed as to how poor the service at One Plan is. thought this was medical and joined one plan. When i read the terms i immediately contacted Mark Naidoo and advised that i would like to cancel as i was looking for medical aid. The contract was valid for a day and then i sent through my cancelation letter. When i called to follow up on the cancellation, i could not get hold of anybody and Mark advised he cant cancel the policy i need to go through to Customer care. I took 5min to join and took two weeks to cancel. I recieved confirmation that the policy was cancelled and a day later they debit my account. i called to check and now i have to wait for thei cancellations department to refund my money they from me. I am very upset and will be taking this further as this is and i have to call them everytime, i need to beg for money that they were not authorized to take!!!
