The worst service yet from a bank which cost me dearly!

At exactly 15:20 i arrived at bank due to waiting on a money transfer that was deposited at 1:15 which still has not come through at this time 17:05, i had been informed that i must wait 2 hours for a possible delay, the money which is required to pay my rent... TODAY! The doors was closed and a lady ahead of me went in through the double security door/box, but in my attempt struggled for 10 min & could not open it the sales woman at the oppisite side of the door threw hand signals that bank was closed, i was about to walk away when she came outside, i then attempted to ask her why & she only said "bank closed" even though i explained i was before closing there when i explained a deposit was made & received an sms she proceeded to atm, drew a slip with contact details that i should contact... the number is for... lost/ cards?! How is that going to help & when i contacted this number they told me that number is only for cards lost & so this lady had not paid any heed to my quary? What can i do now? How do i pay my rent due today? This is discusting as step by step have just been met with obstacles. Regards
