I arrived at the bank a min after they have closed. the bank was still full. i asked for a bank stamp and explained to them that i have started a new job and if I don't get the stamp i wont get paid as the HR system was closing and i cant come during bank operating hours as they are not practical. They refused to help me but they were able to give people bank cards under the door.

Absa doesnt go an extra mile for their clients, their banking hours are not suitable for everyone. one cant even come during lunch because their service is slow.

Reconsidering to change banks. FNB has a service center that close at 17:00 and capitec closes at 18:00 while some banks closes at 16:00.

It is clear that Absa is the Beeb bank..
