I had my wallet and canceled my cards when i went into the bank and sat in the que for hour and half only for the lady to tell me i must pay - 200 to get my cards back but if i call the call centre it will be free, when ic alled the call cnetre they told me that no if my cards were lost they would charge me but cause it was its out of my hands so i was not to be charged. i then ordered the cards through the call centre.
this morning at 6.20 am, i did a transfer from and FNB account to another and did not reflect immediately like FNB say it will on all their ads, its now been 4 hours and it has yet to reflect in the account, now when i call the call centre their attitude is well it will show in 12 hours cause i did the transfer before office hours. regardless of when i do the transfer i was then told to wait 2 hours and it should come through if not to call back well i called back quoting my ref number and the Ntokozo is on a tea break so he cant assist me. i told the lady to get him to call me this was at 10.10 am and i have yet to recieve a call from him. i need that money as its and emergency and FNB could careless
