Please could you check and update your records as it shows that my account with you is still open yet I paid up. A Wonga consultant confirmed that payment had been recieived but they did not know how to get my name from being took of the ITC listing. He sent me a letter stating that I should send it to ITC but Experian said they could not accept the letter from me, but could only accept correspondence from Wonga.
