Im very dissapointed with the service i have recieved from king price, the consultant thats been helping me is Khanya and i must say she hasnt been of any help to date, i lodged a claim of my missing phone on 23 Mrch 2013and have had no feedback from her, i have left messages for her to call me but nothing, i have sent her an email this morning, still nothing. I need to know the status of my claim. Can it really take this long? And the fact tht this urgent is not keeping me updated makes it worse. I have had supper excellent service from Justin Williams. If he is available will he kindly look into this as i tried him last week and he was out of office.
