I am a customer of standard Bank Insurance for over a year now. They broke into my car smashing my side Windows and braking the windscreen. I know. Have Insurance for that as I have comprehensive insurance. I went to of glass to get it sorted out then handed the claim to the standard Bank Insurance and they declined it for no reason. I am now o. The phone waiting for 46 mi. After being transferred 2 Times. This is unacceptable for such an organisation for pops customer service.
I need this to be sorted out as I cannot carry on like this
