I applied for Standard Bank motor vehicle insurance. They quoted me and sent me the quotation, the lady phoned me a while later and I told her that I am still getting more quotes and she said it was fine. When I decided to accept the policy she would have phoned me to confirm my policy. After several times she failed to phone me back I decided today to phone Standard Bank Insurance myself to confirm the policy. I just feel this really poor service.
