Moving backwards quickly

Good day,

I worked for Standard Bank for twelve years, after leaving them three years ago, I have still kept my bank account with them. I had a staff home loan with CIB, which, was transferred to Standard bank retail, I'm not sure when. For about a year, monthly debit orders have not been come off. I notified but nothing was done. Suddenly out of blue this year, I get a call from retail, that I have not been paying, huh, I have been paying this loan for 6 years. To make matters worse, they changed the home loan repayment period from 20 to 30 years, my monthly repayments have shot up by R4000 and I now own more on the loan, before the transfer. My personal banker does not respond to e-mail and does not return calls, by chance, catching her by surprise, its same story I have escalated it and they are not coming back, you aren't either, a consistent problem in Standard Bank.

My private banker indicated 99% of the loans transferred a wrong, hmmm, problem, but who is solving it, nobody!

I have still kept my bank accounts as loyal ex-employee, who knows why!!!
