This is ridiculous. I opened an ABSA banking account when I visited South Africa. Upon opening the account I registered (and paying for it) for internet banking. My password got blocked, and now I cant access my account. When trying to reset it online (like everywhere else in the world), I find this impossible, especially the fact that they require me to "visit the branch", what is a person suppose to do when he is living abroad like me!!
That will cost me approximately R10 000 to do! ABSA is clearly behind with the times and require a better way for internet banking resets! Especially if you are paying for a service you aren't receiving!!
