I am in the process of claiming for a house burgarly through FNB. The problems I am experiencing is that I have in more than two weeks not had any feedback on the progress of my claim. I have tried numerous times to get hold of this specific person that was assigned to my claim but for some or other reason unknown to anyone she is NEVER at her desk or phone!! How does the work get done if she is not available?? I leave messages to contact me and send emails but she simply does not respond!! At a stage I got hold of her superior whom only gave me attitude and still has not come back to me to inform me on the progress. I am now considering canceling my insurance, my car financing and my banking account!!
