Credit card delivery

Two weeks before my credit card expires I phoned and enquired about the delivery of my new card. The call centre staff informed me that my card was send to Knysna! (I stay in Pretoria). I've submitted my FICA documents on every request (which is frequent). Today my card expires and still I'm awaiting the sms informing me that the card in ready for collection!!! Needless to say that I've never ever stayed in Knysna!
