I requested my policy to be cancelled with them as I cannot affor to pay anymore on the 30/01/2013, I got a response from Gcobisa at customer care who gave me the form to fill so that my request can be actioned, I did that the same day I emailed the form back, after I never had from anybody, on the 27/02 debit order went off my account again, I dont know what to do, I phone customer care this morning and spoke to Lucinda who promised to get back to me, she hasnt until now
