Unabable to provide me with proper infomation

This morning 28/02/2013 I noticed that a double bond payment was debited from my account. I went to the Paarl Mall branch to seek assistance and was directed to desk with a telephone so that I can speak to the bond department directly. When I explained my dilemma to the lady, she checked on her system and told me the extra payment will be refunded soon. I again asked how soon as my accounts have to be paid on the 1st which is this Friday. She replied she thinks by Monday. I also asked her who was responsible for the bank charges, and she said she doesn't know. I then asked if she could put me thru to someone who can assist and provide me with answers, she politely said she is the only one there.
I mean, no Let me try and find out for you sir, or give me you cell number sir and as soon as I manage to get some answers I will call you back. Where is the customer service.
Pathetic!
