Cell C - Pathetic!

Hi,

I have had numerous issues with Cell C, but the current one takes the cake.
On the 31st Oct Cell C incorrectly debited my account. I call them on the 01 Nov & they give me a number that I have never had and do not know about. The lady logs a call & said that someone will contact me 24/48 hours. I was a bit annoyed because I need this settled immediately as this was an error on their part. When I asked to speak to a manager they were all apparently in a meeting excepty for 1 who was on a call.
On 04 Nov, I get a call from a guy by the name of Richard who doesn't call to follow up or assist, but to ask me the same questions the lady asked on Friday. Then he says he has to send it through to the billing/accounts department for investigation. I say fine and I ask him for a timeline. He says that he cannot give me one, which is ridiculous as this means that they can take up to a year to sort it out? I then ask to speak to a manager so they can give me a timeline and he refuses to put me through to them. I eventually put down because the guy is so unhelpful and is really annoying. It's now been over a week and I still have not heard anything back from them!
This is patthetic!
