24 Hour mobility declined My Claim Due to Neglence

White was at my workplace on the 19 march at 09:30. I work in an open plan environment i went to the scanner table to scan documents and left i realised i left the phone on the table and went back to find it not there. after following procedure and reporting the phone i sent my claim form only to recieve a call from 24 hour mobility telling me that I should always look after my and that i was neglient basically telling me I do not look after my phone therefore they are declining my claim due to negligence. Number one in every environment there is a possibilty that your phone can be because you never know and you try to look after your phone to your best ability but if i have a usb and documents in hand I'am forced to put down the phone to perform my duties at work as i did not have a pocket in the pants I was wearing. Too have a consultant telling you as if you are a child to look after your phone is appauling. I have to other contracts a phone and tablet and this insurance doesnt appreciate customers therefore I will take steps to cancel the policies.
