I have been trying to make a claim which has been approved already but somehow 24 mobility cant seem
to get me a phone with a value of what im cover for. They are offering me phones worth far more less than what am covered for because they claim that they have no stock.it has been 3 weeks now and supprisingly i still have to pay the same amount.
I spent alot of money trying to call them and get these resolve.and also traveling to stores they refered me to just
to get to the stores and find out that they dont cover 24 Mobility .clients. Riyaad Isaacs ( [Email Removed] )
sent me to Mall @ Reds and the MTN store sent me back empty handed
I am covered for R7, 800 bt 24 Mobility are offering me samsung galaxy S4 Mini or alternatively Samsng S4 provided
i pay some extra cash .now whats the reason of paying an insurance and get to pay more ..I am Deeply hurt by the level of service i received..I still havent got the LG G2 that i wished for or any other phone thats worth my cover
If Giving me hard cash of what im covered for is an option i will gladly welcome that aswel.
