Online banking upgrade is a failure (update)

Its been two weeks since I complained about the service. Well more the LACK of service! I reported the problem on Hellopeter because the regular channels were not working. Refer to link:

Even after a public response from FNB, the matter has still not been resolved. I can't complain about the service, because THERE HAS BEEN NO SERVICE! Not even a phone call after the Hellopeter complaint I logged.

It has now been more than 2 months, 3 branch visits, more than a hour each time, numerous calls to the Online Banking call center, 2 Hellopeter and so many reference numbers I've lost count, all to try switch my business account! What a joke.

Switch in 10 minutes? THAT IS A LIE!

Who else can I complain to now? Do I go to the national press and complain there? Will FNB listen or is my small business account an acceptable loss?

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FNB TO ANY BUSINESS and I regret ever switching!
