I want my money back, fnb can't keep their word

For 3 to 4 months I've been experiencing the same problem were amounts I havent agreed to were deducted from my bank account, I made a payment arrangement and have never skipped it so tell me why is fnb doing this to me? The people from the complaints department have reassured me that this will never happen again and they reversed the money back I am so tired of this. Dont even have money for groceries fnb just don't care
