On 10 Feb I submitted a complaint regarding the transfer of funds from the Ekukhanyeni Charitable Trust. The bank acknowledged the complaint on hellopeter on 11 Feb. I also received a phone call from Sibisiso on 16 Feb saying he had requested a response to the complaint from the branch. However, the complaint remains unresolved. I continue to be fobbed off by the bank, saying they are looking into the matter.
