I made payment to this company on the 10.07.2013 for an event that will be held on the 10.08.2013 but I found a other catering company and asked them to refund me in full for the amount of R7618.00, the next day 11.07.2013. They had a lot of issues as to why. They made a payment via internet banking form Nedbank only on the 15.07.2013 after several e-mails, visits and telecommunications and they deducted 10% and said that was for bank costs but nowhere in the terms and conditions it is stipulated. I did take note of my account details on Friday when I checked my details on the payment of confirmation the send me I saw there was one digit missing by my account number. They never contacted me to inform me about this. On Saturday 20.07.2013 I went to their home/ place of business again and gave them my correct account details and asked them when they will make payment because they knew it never went through, they said they will make it on Monday, 22.07.2013, early morning. I want my whole amount of R7618.00 so I can make payment to the other catering company.
