Good day, I went on debt review in 2009 and a court order was granted to me. I finished off with debt review in 2012 and received a clearance certificate from my debt counsellor, saying that I paid all the amounts on my accounts as per the court order. After my period ended, I still received outstanding amounts from all my Standard bank accounts (bluebean, edgars mastercard and standard bank credit card) and this has affected my credit record negatively. I have tried to resolve this matter on a few occasions with some of your guys, telephonically, and even went to your Westgate Mall Branch a number of times, but never get a resolvement or solution to the issue. I feel that i have paid my amounts as per the court order and wish that you guys adjust your systems accordingly. I am sincere in this matter and hope we can resolve it very soon.
