Unauthorised debit against bank account

Kindly treat this matter as urgent.

I completed details on your website and realised that I do NOT wish to do business with your Company, but I cannot seem to find a cancellation button. I have not taken out a loan with your Company but noticed that my bank account was debit by LFSA with R350.00 on 25.06.2013.

Kindly advise as to whom has given you permission to debit my account and please be informed that I do not wish to utilize your product or services now or in future. Please ensure that a reversal is done asap as I will have no alternative to take further steps. This is a criminal offence!
