I made a payment into my ABSA credit card on the 22nd of May 2013. I for some odd reason went into the branch a week later and the funds were not reflecting. The teller or enquires consultant advised that I follow up with my Bank which I did and was supplied with the relevant proof of payment. I on my own accord sent this to ABSA credit card on the 26th of May, I called them the following day and was told I should have sent the mail to missing payments... how should I have known this when I wasn't even told at the branch. I however complied and I still have not heard a word from ABSA. I was not expecting much but this is ridiculous.
