Totaaly Unacceptable Service

I have been a platinum client for about a year already. When you open a platinum account you are advise that you will receive a "Personal Banker" who will contact you and see to your needs.

TO DATE I have not been contacted by ANY SUCH A PERSON from FNB and to top this the service via INTERNET BANKING is UNACCEPTABLE as you have to wait 10 minutes plus for an OTP to be sent to your phone for transactions required.

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THIS IS NOW BECOMING A MAJOR PROBLEM AND BREACH OF THEIR PROMISE TO THE CLIENTS!!!
